Refund policy


We want to ensure you're happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

For unconditional returns, the packaging cannot be opened and the shipping cost should be borne by the customer.

Eligible Items

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return your order for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns must be new, unused, in the original packaging, and include all accessories, instruction guides and labels. The cost of the original shipping is not refundable.

If you believe you received a defective product, please contact us by email at pigeonstore@us.pigeon.com. We may ask you to provide photos of the defect to help us understand the problem better. At our option, we may choose to issue a refund instead of a replacement.

Every baby is different, and the reasons for which they struggle with bottles are so varied that we are unable to guarantee the Pigeon bottle will work for every baby.

For the safety of every baby, we never resell opened products that have been returned to us. For these reasons we are unable to provide refunds or accept returns except in the case of defective products as described above.

A $5 handling fee will be deducted for returns.

Return Process

  1. To return your product, please contact us at pigeonstore@us.pigeon.com first, we will reply within 24 hours.
  2. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  4. The customer is responsible for the freight for returning the goods.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Rejected Refunds: Items that are opened, damaged, or returned after 30 days will not be refunded.

Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days after approval, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank.
