I got these on the recommendation from my lactation specialist. The latch line (wavy line) helps you know how far to have the bottle in baby's mouth.I've been using these with my lansinoh and spectra bottles and they fit well, but the base is slightly thicker so they can leak slightly if they are not tightened correctly.When I put them in the dishwasher to sanitize and wash them, they discolored slightly as shown in the picture. It hasn't seemed to affect the quality of the rubber, but is something to note.All in all a great option because most nipples don't come with a premie flow and their smallest sizes usually are too much for breastfed newborns.
Our baby hated these and refused to use them.

My breastfed 3mo still uses these premie nipples to simulate breast milk flow. We use them when my husband gives him a Lansiloh or Spectra bottle because otherwise he finishes 4-5oz in 2-5 min lol. With these it 4-5oz takes 10-15min like a real feeding session.
We tried 6 other nipples for our baby's bottles & this has the best flow & shape. We have some of the Pigeon bottles as well but are happy these nipples are compatible with many other wide mouth bottles.
